I dropped 6 lbs this week. Yeah. I was hoping for 5 so I am psyched. This week was much more easier than last week. I found that towards the end of the week I just wasn't hungry. I still have been doing 2 to 3 shakes with one veggie and protein meal. I think I may try the 5 shakes this week and no food.
I am getting weighed in again on Friday this week so I can combine the doctors pre op visit with my weigh in. That way I only have to pay one $40 co pay. So my goal this week, actually 4 days, is 4 lbs. I know that is a little much for 4 days but I would really like to be at that 20 lb mark. I will start to walk this week to help it along.
