Okay I tried it again. This time I took one French Vanilla Medifast shake and added 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar free chocolate pudding (40 calories). I made it like I make my shakes, in a smoothie maker/blender with 8 oz cold water and crushed ice. It tasted very good. A little runnier than regular pudding. It might have been thicker if I put it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes but I was hungry. I will definitely try that again.
Dr. Clark's office left a message today. They finally heard from the insurance company. The ins company needed more information faxed to them. Probably the Physiologist information but she didn't say. Hopefully I will find out today or tomorrow if I will be having surgery on Monday or not. We will see.
